Unwrap the corned beef,<br \/>\nand remove the seasoning packet and trim as much of the fat from the meat as<br \/>\nyou can. In a small bowl,\u00a0make a paste of the honey, brown sugar, mustard,<br \/>\nand cloves. Rub this mixture on all sides of the meat. Place the meat into your<br \/>\ncrockpot, and cover. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or until meat pulls apart<br \/>\neasily with a fork. Let sit for 15-20 minutes before slicing.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Feel free to add quartered red potatoes, carrot<br \/>\nchunks, and cabbage wedges around the meat, before cooking.
