Place the chicken into the crockpot. Wash and cut all of your vegetables and put into a mixing bowl. Peel the head of garlic, but keep the cloves intact. Toss the vegetables and garlic with balsamic vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Add the vegetables to your crockpot.<\/p>\n<p>Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
