My usual recipe is pretty simple, but sometimes you just want something a bit more&#8230;wow&#8230;and this recipe certainly covers that!<\/p>\n<h4>Meat Lover&#8217;s Chili:<\/h4>\n<p><u>Ingredients:<\/u><br \/>\n2 pounds beef stew meat (frozen is fine)<br \/>\n10 ounces smoked andouille sausages, sliced<br \/>\n1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes (whole can)<br \/>\n1 onion, peeled and diced<br \/>\n4 cloves garlic, minced (or about 2 teaspoons garlic powder)<br \/>\n1 tablespoon cumin<br \/>\n2 tablespoons chili powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon kosher salt<br \/>\n2 cups beef broth<\/p>\n<p><u>Directions:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Use a 6-quart slow cooker. Place everything into your crockpot: meat, sausages, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and all the seasonings. Stir in the broth. Cover, and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. For chili, the longer the better.<\/p>\n<p>Serve with your favorite toppings. We love saltines or oyster crackers, shredded cheese and\/or sour cream!
