I hope that lion = snow and cold because I&#8217;m so ready for winter to be done! Since it&#8217;s not, how about a nice, warm chowder?<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><b><u>Fish Chowder:<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><b><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><u>Ingredients:<\/u><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">1 pound of white fish<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">3 cups of chicken broth<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">9 baby potatoes<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">1 cup frozen roasted corn<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">1\/2 white onion<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">handful baby carrots<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">heart of celery<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">3-4 cloves of garlic<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">1\/2 teaspoon black pepper<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">salt<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">2 cups frozen shrimp (to add later)<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">1 cup heavy whipping cream (to add later)<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><u>Directions:<\/u><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">Chop up all the vegetables. Cube the fish and dump everything except for the cream and shrimp into your crockpot.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">30 minutes before serving, stir in the cream and frozen shrimp.
