Today&#8217;s soup is a classic and I hope you enjoy!<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Traditional Minestrone:<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<b><u><br \/>\n<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<u>Ingredients:<\/u><br \/>\n8 cups beef broth<br \/>\n1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes<br \/>\n1 cup dry beans of your choice, rinsed in hot water<br \/>\n1 cup chopped carrots<br \/>\n1 cup sliced celery<br \/>\n1 Tablespoon dried minced onion (or 1 small onion, finely diced)<br \/>\n1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning<br \/>\n1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained<br \/>\n1\/2 cup uncooked pasta (to add later)<br \/>\nParmesan cheese (optional garnish)<\/p>\n<p><u>Directions:\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Use a 6-quart crockpot. Pour broth in and add tomatoes and the beans. Add vegetables, seasoning, and thawed spinach.<br \/>\nCover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or until the beans are soft.
