I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Mine was rather quite and typical. I made a quick trip into Lansing yesterday and got some chairs for the house. I&#8217;ve had a table in my kitchen since mid to late summer but no chairs for it. I can now happily say that I own two chairs for it plus, I think there are a couple in the barn here that I can clean up and use as well. I&#8217;m hoping that by this spring, we&#8217;ll be able to eat in the kitchen as a family.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of eating, I should be working on my menu for this week but I&#8217;m just utterly drained today and not feeling so hot. It certainly makes meal planning harder when you don&#8217;t feel good, doesn&#8217;t it? Well, I&#8217;m going to be strong and brave and see what I can come up with. I&#8217;m not grocery shopping until Friday so I&#8217;ll be doing some cupboard eating which is just fine. There&#8217;s plenty of cupboard to be eating from.<\/p>\n<p>Monday- Mac n Cheese w\/ tuna<br \/>Tuesday- Foil Chicken<br \/>Wednesday- Chicken w\/ Rice<br \/>Thursday- Sizzle steak sandwiches w\/ a veggie<br \/>Friday- Pizza<br \/>Saturday- Pasta w\/ Garlic Bread<br \/>Sunday- French Toast<\/p>\n<p>Happy planning, y&#8217;all.
