In my continued thoughts on making changes to this blog, I realized something about all of the “big” blogs out there. They all have their own domains. Now, some of those point right back to a site like wordpress or blogger, but the initial url is www.myblogiscool.com or something like that (randomly, I wonder if that one is taken..lol). I also realized that while www.craftsbykatie.com was available the last time I checked, it might not be the right domain for me. You see, when I first started this blog it was my intent to post just crafting things here and quickly it became a place for me to write about any number of topics.<\/p>\n

So, I think I’ve decided to change the name of this blog from Crafts By Katie to Life with Katie. Then, I could easily write about all of the different things I already write about but the title wouldn’t be like false advertising. We checked into it and the domain www.lifewithkatie.net is available and it would only cost about $6.99 a year. The wonderful man who hosts<\/a> my other domain (which will be used for my radio show<\/a> once I get my pc working..darn windows failure) said he could tie another domain name to my account so hosting\/dns hosting wouldn’t be an issue.<\/p>\n

Now nothing is set in stone and I would really love some feedback on this idea before I run with it. So, what do all of you think?
