Comics luminary Gilbert Hernandez
\nenvisions his strangest, most thrilling future yet! A drug called \u201cspin\u201d offers
\nthe wildest trip imaginable, followed by its users\u2019 inevitable, rapid
\ndeterioration into undead flesh eaters. Despite the side effect, the drug is so
\npopular that the human population is dying out! With no cure to be found, the
\nbeautiful, lovesick Fatima may be the only thing standing between the survivors
\nand the apocalypse. Get ready for four issues of zombies, drug lords, and
\ngorgeous women!<\/div>\n

The Good<\/b><\/div>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 My 1st<\/sup>
\nthought was a more sarcastic \u201cyay, more zombies\u201d theme. However, I ended up
\nreally enjoying the premise to this breed of zombies.\u00a0 This world is filled with terrible things
\nthat people can be addicted to, so, to me, the plot is a natural progression.
\nWhat if people did this to themselves because they thought their addiction was
\nworth it. The story has a great line \u201cthey will do what they are going to do.\u201d
\nI just found that to be so poignant.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/b>The Bad<\/b><\/div>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 This
\nstyle of art is so not my style. \u00a0I enjoy
\ncomic art with some type of detail within the work. This comic has none of
\nthat. I just find this style way too undeveloped, like what you would see in a
\nstory board of a still developing animation.<\/div>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The
\nuniforms of the task force.\u00a0 They were
\nnot seen very much but when they show up, it is so noticeable. They wear the
\nstereotypical black task force outfit but, so some reason, they\u00a0 appear to be wearing cotton thongs over their
\nclothing. I just found it distracting to the art I wasn\u2019t already a fan of.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n
The Summary<\/b><\/div>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 As much
\nas I did not enjoy the art, I oppositely enjoyed the premise. The story works
\nin 2 ways- a quick \u201cooo zombie, kill it\u201d story and a \u201chuh, never thought of it
\nthat way before\u201d story.\u00a0 There is still
\nsome character development that needs to occur but, overall, the story was
\nenough to make me care to wonder what happens next. \u00a0If you enjoy zombies, this goes right with the
\ngenre. Or, i<\/a>f you enjoy thinking about the human psyche
\nwhile reading comics, this could spark a thought or two.<\/div>\n
