Ingredients:
4 cups of baby carrots (or fresh carrots, peeled and chopped in 2-inch chunks)
1/2 cup of orange juice
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
Toss everything into the crockpot and stir.
Cook on high for 6 hours or 4 on low. Carrots are done when they reached the desired tenderness.
